Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Just Blessings 144. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date your order is placed for your items to be created, prepared, and shipped.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume. Customers will be notified if an unexpected delay affects their order.
Shipping and Delivery
After your order has shipped, please allow approximately 5–8 business days for delivery.
All orders include free standard shipping. At this time, expedited shipping is not guaranteed unless it is specifically offered during checkout.
A shipping confirmation containing your tracking information will be emailed to the email address entered during checkout. Please allow time for the shipping carrier’s system to update after receiving your tracking number.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. The estimated total time before receiving an order may be up to 13 business days:
- Up to 5 business days for processing
- Approximately 5–8 business days for shipping after the order has been shipped
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your information carefully before submitting your payment.
If you notice an error, email justblessings144@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or been shipped.
Just Blessings 144 is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and must be shipped again.
Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Just Blessings 144 does not control the carrier’s delivery process and cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged while in the carrier’s possession.
However, we value our customers and will make a reasonable effort to assist you with locating your package, reviewing tracking information, or submitting a claim or inquiry with the shipping carrier.
A carrier investigation does not guarantee that a replacement or reimbursement will be provided. Customers may also be required to contact the carrier directly.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or leasing office.
- Ask members of your household or nearby neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
- Email us if additional assistance is needed.
